As the Director of Finance and Accounting, Evan McLaughlin works closely with the leadership at OREP to lead the finance and accounting functions. He has more than 15 years of broad experience in public accounting and the commercial real estate industry having held leadership positions in financial reporting for large portfolios of mixed-use and multi-family properties, corporate accounting, and project level development.

Most notably, McLaughlin worked for Madison Marquette in Washington, DC overseeing portfolio reporting for several of their largest institutional investment partners. Additionally, McLaughlin’s experience includes being an adjunct professor at Boise State University. McLaughlin received a BBA in Accounting and a MS in Professional Accounting from Gonzaga University as well as a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
